Italy - Verona

Today our bus drove us from Milan to Verona. We learned that Verona is the city of the famous Romeo and Juliet written by Shakespeare. We followed the guide around the city for about 2 hours, and she explained to us the various sights as well as gave us a brief history of the city.

Piazza Bra

Verona Arena

Piazza Erbe

Piazza dei Signori

Adige River

Juliet's Balcony

Statue of Juliet

After lunch, our bus drove us to our hotel in Venice, where we would stay for the night. The journey took about 5 hours and we were glad when we finally reached the hotel.
